Yeah, I can see why people would see it as starting slow. I find I didn't mind much because Dinah's the only team member I'm familiar with, so it gave me time to get to know Starling a bit before they threw the others into the mix.

Well, the art's a big enough deal in the book that if you don't like it, I could see that being a deal breaker. There are some books where that's been the case for me too, no matter how much I loved the story/characters.
